H5p content type "Question Set" is not shown in H5p content (Tutor LMS)

Bugs in content types

H5p content type "Question Set" is not shown in H5p content (Tutor LMS)
However, the Content Type "Question Set" is located in the h5p libraries and is not restricted. It's not shown in the H5p content while creating an interactive quiz in Tutor LMS. 
I created new content of type "Flashcards" and i can be shown normally while creating an interactive quiz.
I looked for troubleshooting procedures but nothing helped.

I am using Tutor LMS Pro 3.9.5 on WordPress 6.8.3
