Free Draw tool for Interactive Video

Would be great to be able to have a feature that allowed you to put free drawn images over a video (inside a transparent textbox?). The development of hybrid devices offering stylus alongside so many types of software incorporating inking (OneNote for example) are encouraging teachers to make more use of this feature.

Great idea for the Course Presentation, too
This is a great idea for the Course Presentation, too.
I would like to expand this idea with formatable vector elements. For example: arrows, circles, rectangles etc. Insert additional arrows and highlights directly in H5P, would be very helpful.
