Pantheon and h5p Plugin timeout error

Hello. I have been having a 504 error when trying to update h5p documents within my WordPress site on Pantheon. I have worked on extending the page execution and that did not work. After working with Pantheon they suggested reaching out to h5p directly to see if there was anything that could be done to assist with resolving this conflict with Pantheon.

Alternatively you can download the latest H5P contents here and upload it into WP. This should update the libraries for the H5P content types.

Hi BV. I am not sure how this would help with editing existing h5p documents within my site. Could you explain further?

Sorry, I misunderstood your issue, I thought you were updating the libraries of your contents. Anyway, the error message that you are seeing points to a possible server issue. I suggest that you reach out to Pantheon once again. But before doing that I suggest generating an HAR file as it may provide some clues to the issue.
