Export function not working in “new look and feel” update”

Hi,
I am using the new plugin (released February 2026) on H5P.com and uploaded an interactive book with embedded course presentation I designed using the previous version. I have the "exportable text" function on in the course presentation. But now when I scroll to the slide where there used to be the button to export the text, it's just blank. If you include multiple choice questions or something else that has the answer screen, the download button still appears on that slide. But I want it to appear on its own slide like it used to. Is this a temporary glitch or a change to this feature going forward?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We're indeed seeing some issues after ourlatest release. Currently, this is our highest priority, and our development team is already working on this.
What happens is that after the release, the content types might still require some time to complete the upgrade in the background. So it is expected that all the content will be fully upgraded in a couple of days.
In the meantime, we're recommending our users not to make any edits to existing content to avoid any possible complications with the activities.
