Enable use of hyperlinks in the text toolbar within the Dialog Card Content.

I understand your request. I stil fail to understand why the editing text toolbar is a) different in different H5P contents and b) sometimes restricted in the options offered! In my own 'papi Jo' H5P Dialog Cards library I have added the Hyperlink option to the toolbar. You can check this for yourself at https://www.rezeau.org/wp-h5p/dc_en-page-01/
