finalized French translation of WordPress plugin

I was not able to send it to you through Github, so please find finalized French version of H5P WordPress plugin in attached file.

h5p-fr_FR.mo has been renamed h5p-fr_FR.txt to allow file upload.

could I ask what you were stuck on when you tried to upload to Github, I may be able to give some guidance.

Hi, 

We need both the .mo and the .po file in order to update the translations. Also, please make sure your files are up-to-date with the existing files.

attached ZIP file has extension renamed from zip to h5p so I can download it here.

I think you can ignore this, the plugin has already been updated, see https://github.com/h5p/h5p-wordpress-plugin/issues/70#issuecomment-39615...
