In the attached screenshot Norwegian is chosen, but some of the texts remain English.

Supporter votes Members of the Supporter Network can vote for feature requests. When the supporter network has generated sufficient funding for the top voted feature request it will normally be implemented and released. More about the H5P Supporter Network

Hi knutinge,

This is not a bug but instead a lack of feature. The Documentation tool content type does not have anything in it's code that will let you change the language of that particular part of the content. I will move this post to the feature request forum.
