Send and retrieve student entries from LRS

We need the ability to send student entries to our LRS and retrieve them later in another module. Our education is not about memorization but involves a student working with a situation in their life. So we want to work with something that they entered and often we want to recall data entered a while ago in a completely separate module.

We are currently trying to do this using LearnDash LMS and Grassblade xAPI plugins for wordpress as well as Grassblade LRS. We will consider other solutions as needed.
