Installation and server related problems

Hi guys, not sure if this is the correct forum to post my query - my company has a subscription plan with H5P, so we have been using the website "https://<company name>.h5p.com/content" to create our content. Each of our department has its own account and each of the staff within the department has an account of our own as well. However, we have been told to use our "department account" for convenience purposes. I have signed in to my own personal account before but I have been using our department account to create content.

My target operating environment is World Possible's RACHEL +.  It currently supports PHP 7.0.  The target installation is in Ethiopia where I hope to upgrade 20 odd RACHELsystems and install several more.

Can I develop interactive apps on H5P.com to run using PHP 7.0 with the expectation that they will run on RACHE?

Hey H5P Core team!

Recently installed the H5P plugin to my wordpress site. However, when going into the H5P tab, i do not see the H5P hub to create new content. I have also checked H5P settings on Wordpress to enable H5P hub! Could you please advise on how to fix this situation? Thank you! =)
