Installation and server related problems

I am able to install the plugin, I can go to the backend and see the libraries but when I try to add a new, i don't get the drop down to select the type of library i want to use.  I instead will get a "loading Libraries, Please wait..." with nothing happening. 

I've attached the errors I get when I use the F12 Console.  I did try some of the suggestions posted here but to no avail.  

The second screen shot is what the wordpress portal looks like when I tab from the name to create a new library. 

I use wordpress 4.7.

I wanted to Install new types of contents but the installation failed saying I need a newer version of H5p. I updated the plug-in and now nothing works. First it said somthing about updating libraries, but now I can't find this message. I deactivated the plug-in, then tried to activate it, but it doesn't work saying

I want install de course presentation and when i want try install appear this message:

The library "H5P.Collage-0.2" requires H5P 1.7, but only H5P 1.6 is installed.

How can possible to update de 1.6 to 1.7?
