I was wondering if someone could help me determine why two sites with the same Moodle version and same H5P plugin version have different versions for certain libraries.

Example:
Site A - Image Hotspots version 1.7.4

Site B - Image Hotspots version 1.8.1

I have updated content type cache on both. On Site A if I use the H5P hub to try updating Image Hotspots (create H5P activity>Select Image Hotspots>Details>Update) then we receive an error:

I have built a number of timelines and seen them working fine then when I open them in Moddle the next day all I can see is a blank square frame where they should be?

The technician and I cannot understand what the issue might be.  All the other H5P stuff works fine.

I am a french teacher
I find H5P very powerful.
I would like to use h5P to have my students listen to read text and complete the missing words with a single H5P exercise.
For the moment, I use audacity to make an mp3 file that I then convert to wbm format so I can insert it into a fill-in-the-blanks exercise with the file media option because mp3 files are not accepted (only  picture or video files)  with fill in the blanks or quiz question set
