Installed Libraries not updating and giving errors

Hello Team,
When I tried to update Installed Libraries it gives me these errors, please advise.

CoursePresentation only render the first two slide

When I'm using CoursePresentation I been notice this, H5P only prerender the first two slide in dom (pic1) therefor if I using Mathtype, Latex... it will only apply in the first two slide (pic2) and other slide doesn't (pic3). I did some research and findout that this problem have been there for awhile (https://h5p.org/node/778316 since 2020)
So does anyone else face this problem? Any solution or workaround?
Can't even get the dialogue open

I only need to create a simple course presentation. But, the dialogue for adding any content does not even open up. For example, I click the Text tool, but the dialogue to add the text never opens.
I tried three different browsers in two different computers. Unfortunately, nothing works. May I please get some help? Thank you in advance.
