Questionnaire

Hello,

I have a question dealing with the Questionnaire type. At the moment I am writing my bachelor thesis and created one task using the Questionnaire type for my thesis. My professor gave me feedback that he would find it interesting to know, in what form the creator of the
Questionnaire will get the feedback from the answered Questionnaires. I wasnt sure and tried to find out on my own but I didnt find any hints. Could you help me out?

Is the Questionnaire content type still available to use?

According to https://h5p.org/questionnaire, we need to do the following to enable it.
