Adding sound effect option in Multiple Question Set type

The Single Set question type has the sound effect option, but not it's not in the Multiple Question Set type. 

Please could this option be added there too?

Adding 2 media elements to one entry in a Question Set

Hi everyone

Would it be possible to simultaneously allow audio and an image in a question set, filled with multiple choice questions? I mean the possibility to add both an image and a sound file to 1 question. Currently you have to choose, either the image or the audio.

Hello !

I am a french user using H5P a loooot (1500+ contents already created). As you may know, french is a language that requires a massive use of the apostrophe - or do you say "single quote" in english ? (') and I have noticed that H5P does not handle it properly.
