Bugs in content types

We have version 1.0-rc.4 installed in out Moodle 3.1 platform. Whereas in version 1.0-rc, we could enter text in the Text overrides and translations->Correct answer feedback/Almost correct answer feedback/Not correct answer feedback and it would show up when the user clicked the Check button, in this version, those feedbacks don't show up when the user click the Check button. The feedback that deos show up is only the one defined in Text overrides and translations->Feedback text.

Why is that?

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas réussi à installer de façon automatique les types d'activités par défaut. Vous devez télécharger manuellement les différents types d'activités sur la page des Exemples et téléchargements, afin de les charger sur votre site à partir de la page des librairies.

I've been attempting to add summary tasks to interactive video in wordpress. I've been able to find videos demonstrating this approach in moodle and there are clearly labeled Save buttons. But in Wordpress, the save buttons aren't available??

I chose create>update on a couple tests and all my interactions appear, but the content added to summary task gets wiped out. When I preview the content, all my interactions are fine, but no summary task is available. When I try to edit the content again in Summary task, it's all been deleted.
