Installation failed in Wordpress 4.8

I tried to install the plugin as described in https://h5p.org/documentation/setup/wordpress  and I am getting:

"Installation failed: Could not copy file. h5p/h5p-editor-php-library/ckeditor/lang/no.js"

I am able to install any other plug-in but not h5p.

 any idea?

That's strange, I haven't seen this error before. Have you tried downloading the zip file from wordpress.org/plugins/h5p and extracting it into the wp-admin/plugins/ folder?
