Quizzes in Course Presentation not recording proper score
Hi
I'll try and explain this as best I can. Firstly:
Moodle 3.3.5+
H5P 1.9 2018053100
OK so we have a Course PResentation that contains 3 activities. Quiz 1 has 20 questions (MCQ), Activities 2 and 3 are Summary.
We have had two reports now of users being told their score (usually full marks) and then - when they refresh the page or return to the course page - their score shows as only 1 or 2 out of the final score.
Comments from users:
I initially did the export procedures quiz and got 23/26 but it won't register my re-try properly. On the re-try the system won't register my answers after question 1 such that I now have a score of 12/26! I have tried different browsers to no avail. Please can you just reset this quiz and I'll do it again from the beginning? Thanks.
I am having a problem with the export procedures Quiz.
I originally got 26/26, however when I refreshed the page it is showing that I got 2/26! I have tried different browsers and it will not let me do the questions again.
I wonder if something is happening that means the quiz score is not saving? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!

Hi danjeffries,
Would you mind sharing the H5P here? I am unable to reproduce the issue using a content I created myself.

Sure - file attached.
It could be a Moodle/Gradebook issue, but I don't think it is. But really not sure. Thanks for the help :)

Thanks for reporting this. It looks like a bug in Summary when used with the "Save content state" option. The score for Summary is not stored and retrieved properly. I have created an issue for fixing this at https://h5ptechnology.atlassian.net/browse/HFP-2169
