Bugs in content types

Hi.

We have a problem on Moodle 3.8.5 and 3.9.2 on different sites that interactive video doesnt load.

And it just keeps on loading, and nothing happens. Sometimes its working.
Alle the other H5P elements are working and responding very fast as they use to, so no problem.

Hi,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Make a new course, add an activity -> H5P interactive content
Choose interactive video.
It just keeps loading.

I'm having the same problem with the "Video Content Loading..." message periodically. It was working fine the other day, but today it's not. We use a lot of interactive video. Our system is tied into Canvas. I have a course starting Thursday where the video will be used. Also, I made the H5P directly in H5P and not via Canvas.

We are on H5P SaaS. The problem happens in H5P and not just in Canvas.

Hi andresmarin,

Sorry the thread has 2 issues within it which one are you having? The Interactive Video editor not loading or the "Video Content Loading..." message? For hhenryaii issue it has been resolved albeit there were no troubleshooting steps involved.
