Missing library when uploading content from h5p.org

Dear H5P Team,

I am currently trying to load some contents that I created on H5P.org to H5P.com.

In November I also submitted a support ticket asking why I get the "missing library" error when trying to uplaod the contents. You answered, that that has to do with the fact that both sites get updated at different times and that's why it can be possible that a certain element can't be copied right away and that I had to wait a few days for it to work. Since then, I regularly tried to uplaod the files. After waiting for a few weeks all of them could be uploaded except for the ones using an image hotspot. This issue remains to this day.

All of the other files worked, but when I try to upload any files that contained an image hotspot I get the following error:

Validating h5p package failed.
Missing main library H5P.ImageHotspots 1.9

Please let me know if there is any way this can be fixed, as it would be a lot of effort to rewrite all of those files on H5P.com.

Best Regards

Hi Gerald,

Would you mind trying again? I tried uploading the sample content and I was able upload without nay errors.

I tried today and it still didnt work.

I put one of the files that I am trying to upload in the attachment so that you can recreate the problem. Please look into this.

Best regards

Hi Gerald,

The H5P.com development team has informed me that this should already be working. So please try uploading your content into H5P.com. If you still encounter the same issue please post your comment here so that I can ask them to check.

Thank you, it worked now!
