Is there someone who can offer this as a paid service.. i also want to add image choice in column with option to add it  question set

The H5P core team will need to merge any change into the Column repository for it to be "safe" to use - not from a security perspective, but from a compatibility/organizational perspective. Even if someone changed the code, he/she could not merge changes into the official repository.

One could create a clone of Column, but that can easily run into organizational madness as then there are two virtually identical and incompatible versions of Column.
