Ability to hide "Task Description"

I would like to have the option to hide "Task Description" in "Behavioural settings" for the following activity types:

  • Fill in the Blanks
  • Single Choice Set
  • Drag the Words
  • Mark the Words

This screenshot shows option as available in Drag and Drop:

Without this option, it is a hard to create a consistent look and feel across items.  Especially noticeable when adding to a Course Presentation or The Chase.

Supporter votes Members of the Supporter Network can vote for feature requests. When the supporter network has generated sufficient funding for the top voted feature request it will normally be implemented and released. More about the H5P Supporter Network

Hi Grackle,

Thank you for contributing your ideas on how to make H5P better! There are developers in the community who every now and then work on a feature they find interesting or useful. You can also help by developing or help (crowd) fund the development of this feature.

Hi all!

Instead of adding an option to hide the task description, simply making the field optional in semantics.json, removing any default setting and making sure there's some alternative description for xAPI statements should suffice (except for SingleChoiceSet that expects some space for the loudspeaker symbol).
