Vimeo in course presentation content type

Kia ora, we've been building a workshop and H5P and think its amazing.  We're stuck on how to include the video content into the course though.  We are using vimeo.  I've read a lot of the forum comments on this but they're very old, mostly seem to be discussing interactive videos (which we arent using at this stage) and I can't tell if the language / account types have changed, if its actually a totally different thing, or what.

Our issue seems pretty straightforward, I've just been experimenting to try options to get this work using a simple course presentation with a video on a slide - I've got 4 slides atm to attempt different ways of linking to vimeo.

Our vimeo account was a free one, but today I've upgraded through starter to standard to see if that made a difference.  So far it doesnt seem to have.  I can't see vimeo pro anywhere on vimeo, when I search for it it seems like it was a pricing plan back around 2018/2019, is this correct? or is it an entirely different thing?

Our site is using wordpress.  If I embed the vimeo into wordpress using /vimeo and the copy url (from vimeo) i.e. https://vimeo.com/1030567403? then it plays fine and external viewers/testers can see it.  This suggests to me that the vimeo privacy settings etc are fine and the issue is more around how I'm using H5P. 

As soon as I put it in the course container, it looks ok for me, but for others it says that the vimeo video could not be loaded.  Other different methods, such as HLS (says video format not supported) or DASH (just blank screen) havent been any more successful.  The MPG links also work ok for me - seem the same as the url format, but still don't work for others.   

Is there any advice on how to get these playing?  We're starting to hit some delivery deadlines and didnt anticipate this aspect being problematic. We can do a work around by doing all the videos outside the course presentation, but seems a shame as it provides a nice flow for the learning.

PS.  I've found links to documentation, but its either not accessible to me (access denied) or doesnt seem to still be in the library.
