Interactive book reports only showing score

Hello, so I created an interactive book course with H5P in my Moodle site, and the reports only show the total score of the user attempts (picture attached).
I want to see the user's answer in each activity I have in the interactive book. Is there any way to do that? I dont have to use moodle so if there is any way I can see the user detailed answer that would be great.

Which H5P version in Moodle did you use? Is it the H5P plugin (black H5P icon) or the Moodle core integration (blue H5P icon)?

The H5P comes with the moodle
The H5P comes with the moodle, im using moodle cloud trial.
In the H5P settings it says the H5P framework handler is H5P framework v1.27 (h5plib_v127).
And picture attached is what it looks like in the plugins overview page, so I guess its the core integration?

Picture attached it what the H5P plugin looks like in the plugins overview page. Its blue so I guess its the core integration?

Sorry for the double reply, I didnt see that it needs to be approved by the admin.
I just saw this github issue (linked below) that mention the same problem, so does that mean thats just how it is with interactive book in Moodle? Is there other LMS or something I can do that can gives me detailed report from interactive book?

You are correct, you are using the core integration of Moodle. Firstly, the link you provided reports an issue with core integration as well. This also leads to Moodle bug report https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-83369 with incorrect information. Interactive Book sends out data that includes the answers to the question. The Moodle plugin provides the detailed report. H5P.com also provides detailed report through the Drill Down Reports feature. Below are some relevant pages:
