Interactive video and Course Presentation not loading in editor

Forums:

We are running H5P on a Wordpress install.

When selecting 'Course Presentation' or 'Interactive Video' as H5P types we just get the spinning symbol and 'Loading, please wait...'.

All other types appear to be fine.

I have updated these and all other types just in case.

The Wordpress version is 5.7.2

H5P plugin version is 1.15.3

We haven't made any changes to our server environment.

First of all, maybe to clarify: This is a community forum where H5P users are supposed to help out each other. There's no guarantee that you'll get an answer at all.

The file that's reported as missing (score-tracking.js) is supposedly requested by some misconfigured h5pmods-wordpress-plugin (which only is a template, so you probably want to comment out the things that you don't use anyway).

Editing templates

Thanks for getting back, that wasn't an expectation I just wanted to re post the issue as I hadn't managed to fix it, it's the last Friday before term starts so everyoen is a little short, my apologies. So essentially I just have to comment out the call in the content type scripts?? I'm not a sysadmin or anything but I can do that. I don't necassarily know where these h5pmods plugins are placed. Any help would be great.

It's not necessarily the root of your problem, but that's the first error message. If you're not the site's admin, then you most likely didn't install that plugin (it doesn't ship with H5P by default) and you most likely don't have the rights to change them from within the WordPress plugin. The site's admin should check that.

If you for some reason can install plugins and installed that plugin (without customizing it - then it does not serve a purpose at all), then simply uninstall it.

Thanks so much, I deactivated the mods plugin and it all started working. What I meant to say was that I'm not a Sys Admin but I am the Sys Admin so I'm on a bit of a learnig journey.

loading freezes when creating interactive video type content

This might be the same issue I'm experiencing, but in content type interactive video, I'm experiencing loading stuck when creating interactive video content. I opened inspect and found the following error (attached).
