Could not upgrade content in interactive book (with question sets and image hotspots)

Desktop

H5P Content type: Interactive Book (installed versions: 1.2.10, 1.3.5, 1.5.1, 1.6.9, 1.7.12), question set (1.13.4, 1.15.3, 1.16.4, 1.17.6, 1.20.12), image hotspots (1.6.3, 1.8.3, 1.9.12, 1.10.7)
No console error

One of our teacher encountered a problem with an interactive book she created some time ago. This interactive book contains Image Hotspots and Question sets.
She wanted to update its content, but when she tries to save her changes (or just save it without changing anything) she has an error "Could not upgrade content: Les paramètres contiennent le paramètre H5P.ImageHotspots 1.10 alors que seulement le paramètre H5P.ImageHotspots 1.8 ou antérieur est pris en charge." which translates to "Could not upgrade content: settings contain the H5P.ImageHotspots 1.10 setting while only the H5P.ImageHotspots 1.8 or earlier setting is supported."
When we delete all Image Hotspots, we then have the same kind of error message for Question Set when we try to save. We have no problems with other H5P, only this one.

Hi Myriam,

Is there any particular reason why multiple older versions of content types are not being upgraded? If there is no special reason to keep them in the older versionsI suggest that you update them by going to Site Administrarion -> Plugins -> H5P Libraries  then click on the icon to upgrade the content types.
