Speak the words Set

I recently utilized the Speak The Words Set H5P on my Wordpress website to help children make the correct letter sounds of th aplhabet. H5P version 1.15.4.

In testing on PC and mobile devices with more than one voice and using the Chrome browser, there seems to be is a consistent challenge in the application correctly recognizing the sounds of the letters 'a' and 'l'.

I am using Moodle with H5P Interactive content like Atrimetical Quiz, Course presention and Interactive Videos too (almost all).

But facing issues unable to see Grade review after users attempts atrimetical quizs and others too.

Please help to understand if any configuratio which I missed.

Only Interactive videos review I can see in grades section.

I have two problems with speaking words set (desktop, Chrome, Wordpress)

1. After creating a lot of questions I realized that only 1 or 2 were saved (even if I clicked update/save button on the right after everything was done) it happened to every content that I've created yesterday. But it seems to work when I click save after creating each question so I should be able to finish it, so we can consider it a minor problem
