Interactive Video

Is there way to load an H5P file and have it connect to a gradebook in moodle. Currently I can only use the gradebook with H5P when the file has been created in the LMS.

The interactive video has several questions throughout the video that can be seen in the browser, but in the application for phones it does not show the navigation bar, nor the questions in the interactive video, it does not allow to place a full screen.
