Some h5p content doesn't show on first load

I have a wordpress LMS which has WP Rocket. For some reason some H5P content such as interactive videos and voice recording don't show on the fist page load, but on the second or sometimes even on the thir refresing of the page. I don't know if this has to do with the fact that the H5P content is on a woocommerce product page or some setting in WP Rocket.

Here it's an example page: https://www.langcom.org/product/basic-01/

Looking forward to your replies.

Hi Crawford,

If you are able to provide me with access to your site I will have a look at the issue.

It sounds like there is an issue with the order of how things are loaded. This could mean that there have been changes to the theme and how it loads JavaScript.

Thank you so much for responding. Can you give my a secure manner to send you my details?

Best regards,
Crawford

I don't see how this problem was solved. We have the same issue as you can see on https://dekookjuf.nl/test/. Sometimes the content won't show on the first loading. I hope someone can help, because we like H5P and want to use it in our Learndash based coures.

Thanks in advance

Ron

Does anyone know how to solve this?

  1. Clicking "start quiz" nothing fires off , page refreshes
  2. PHP Server 5.7.24-0ubuntu0.16.04.1. PHP ver 7.2.13-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1, Wordpress 5.0.3
  3. Errors happen on both Mobile and desktop
  4. Latest Chrome, FF, and Opera
  5. Any previous content prior to the latest WP update
  6. https://ver2.wpatrainingdev.com/lesson/harvest-yard-goat-spanish-2-2/
  7. No Console errors [quite strange]
  8. No PHP errors in logs
  9. https://vidordesigns.imgur.com/all

What I have found is the theme Enfold is the issue...but since there are no console erros I cannto determine the issue, I am hoping from your perspective you may know what the issues are

If I choose any other theme the quizes work, If I choose enfold...the "start quiz" link does not fire off.

I hae also sent help from the theme publisher, however they are baffled as well.

any insight is GREATLY appreciated.

Hi andrecolon,

Thank you for the information and at least we found where the problem is. I would suggest that you provide this link to the developers of Enfold since H5P is open source they can simply check the code and find out where the problem is. I'm sorry I don't have much more but nonetheless good luck on the issue.
