Return to top of page when selecting next page (interactive book)

The Interactive Book (alpha) content type is awesome! The only gripe I have is when navigating between pages. When clicking next (e.g. page 2 to 3) using the icons at the bottom of the page, it moves you to the next page but at the bottom of it. This becomes increasingly annoying when navigating through content as the logical reading sequence would be from the bottom of page 2 to the top of page 3. I understand this might not happen when going back (e.g. top of page 3 to bottom of page two) but should be default navigating forward.

Is there a reason this is not default navigation?

Hi boniface,

Do you have a sample content I can't seem to reproduce this?

Hi BV52,

The example H5P in Canvas book does this.

Hi boniface,

Thank you for the information. I never really took notice and you are correct the content should automatically scroll to the top when clicking on next.

Thank you for contributing your ideas on how to make H5P better! We’re now working on something called the H5P supporter program allowing the H5P community to vote for and fund the top voted H5P features. Also there are developers in the community who every now and then works on a feature they find interesting or useful.
