Iterating question

For a client I am looking for a content type that enables us to take input from the user and have them iterate on it.

We start with asking them a question and we want to take their answer to the next page and ask a different question and have them adjust the initial answer.

In the end this will lead to a solid answer that they can then reflect on.

The only thing that I have seen so far that comes close is the docomentation tool but it doesnt do the text to next page thing/

Hope someone can help me out

Activity to Upload Images and/or Files

Is there currently a way to upload images/files in any H5P activity? The documentation tool would be a great place to add that feature. Any way to upload images/files would be incredibly helpful in my LMS.
