Documentation Tool

I’m a new H5P user just getting started with the Documentation Tool, and am encountering what look like a couple of bugs. I’m seeing these problems when creating interactions on h5p.org, and with the WordPress plugin, and with the Moodle plugin. Anyone should be able to verify these behaviors by using the interaction at https://h5p.org/node/206392, or by creating their own Documentation Tool interaction.

When I "Export text," the Microsoft Word file shows extra HTML markup.

This isn't really a bug more than a question regarding the .docx document that is generated from the export of the Documentation Tool. After I fill out my form and export the .docx document, the spell checker in my US version of Microsoft Word begins to mark many of the words incorrect.  I figured out the reason is because the template is using a French dictionary by default, so it doesn't recognize many of my english language words.
