Personality Quiz

Hi everyone,

I came across an h5p accessibility list (https://documentation.h5p.com/content/1290410474004879128) and saw that the Personality Quiz is not accessible. I'm wondering why this is, and would it be something I can adjust and fix on my end?

I created a personality quiz in Moodle that is similar to the attached table and provided answers to the questions like the attached scenario.
The answer is always the first personality, and in this case that is "A".
I created many different scenarios, and the answers are wrong whenever the results are closed.

I am using Moodle with H5P Interactive content like Atrimetical Quiz, Course presention and Interactive Videos too (almost all).

But facing issues unable to see Grade review after users attempts atrimetical quizs and others too.

Please help to understand if any configuratio which I missed.

Only Interactive videos review I can see in grades section.
