'Next activity' not refreshing after quiz

Please could someone let me know if I am doing something incorrectly.  

I have a Pre-Course Quiz that the students need to complete before starting the course lessons. This has been implemented as follows:

1. The Pre Course Quiz has the following Activity Completion criteria:

    Require result

Student must receive a result to complete this activity

2. Lesson 1 has a restriction that the Pre-Course Quiz needs to be completed with the following Access Restrictions:

Cannot decrease font size in some content types

Feature requests

Hi there,

Im using an organization account in H5P . In course presentation and question set font size cannot be reduced further and also the bar in options menu looks very long. Can you please add a feature to reduce the font size in all content types and the options bar size.

Similarly, In Memory Game can you please let me know how to reduce the size of the images we upload.

Random Answers in Quiz Question Set

Bugs in content types

Hi Everyone, 

I'm in a little bit of a panic here and would appreciate any help that you could offer. I have just developed over 600 tests containing 11,000 questions. When I initially tested the tests in Moodle, the answers seemed to be randomising (all of the tests have the correct answers first). I selected this option in the Quiz (Question Set)  under randomise answers. We are supposed to go live a week on Monday. Please help me.
