H5P Guides
Install & update content types
It is important that you keep your H5P content types up to date to make sure that you have all the latest features (and bugfixes).
Important notice: On April 12th 2017 the H5P Hub was released, which replaces the old way of installing content types. You must make sure you are using a plugin version including the HUB if you want to install and update content types. For the different plugins, this means:
Drupal: minimum version 1.28
WordPress: minimum version 1.8.0
Moodle: minimum version 1.1 (2017041200)
Below are the instructions on how to update and install new content types with the latest version of the H5P plugin.

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggeling. Can you check your web server's error log for any messages from PHP?
It could be the bug that has been fixed here: https://github.com/h5p/h5p-wordpress-plugin/commit/dee54dbd6b8dc89bc0ee2e6300ccdbf1fb012528
Then it will be fixed in the next version of the plugin. You can try replacing these two lines in your plugin code and check if it fixes the issue.

how to figure out the update problem
Hi,
I tested the new release in my web site. I followed the instruction: updated the module (to 1.1), then uploaded the libuary.h5p. When I uploaded the Feb release h5p file there was no error. It look very nice, but when I tried to edit the node, I had this error: Notice: Undefined index: op in h5p_form_validate() (line 388 ... . Meanwhile, the editor did NOT show up in the editing node page (only HTML 5 Package file upload showed). That is I can upload new *.h5p but I cannot edit the content. Any suggestion to figure out the issue? Thanks.

OK, silly me, Please forgive
OK, silly me, Please forgive my mistake. I disabled h5peditor module before I update but I forgot. My site is updated sucessfully now. uf!
Note: actually I had a little hard time to update on the old site (I dont know it is helpful or not just write down what happened):
I tested in a clean new installation. It was very streight-forward. Then I tested update with some old test sites. There are some errors but after I uploaded libraries and manually updated them the errors were gone. Finally when I updated in my offical site, I could not upload new libraries (library.h5p) or new *h5p. I got this:
I did update the module to h5p 1.1 and applied panding update before. After disabled and enabled the modules (h5p and h5peditor) again, restart the application (it is a openshift installation), and some few trials suddently I can upload the new h5p file. It seems libraries update and cache made this more complicated.
Anyway, thanks for your quick response.

Cant see the changes!
Hello guys, thank you for all this magnificent job!
I have installed the latest h5p library on my wordpress 4.0 site but cant see any changes on the content i have already published, and i dont get the chance to upgrade the existing content types ( the upgrade arrow buttons next to the content types are not available for pressing).
What could be the problem? If everything was correct the changes would automatically be applied to the existing H5P content on my site , am I right?

You'll need to download
You'll need to download libraries.h5p from the upgrade page and upload it to your site first. After that you can upgrade existing content by pushing the arrows.
The H5P plugin is just a player and an editor for H5P content. The content types themselves are found in the libraries.h5p file so you'll have to upgrade both. In the near future we will make it much easier to keep your H5P content up to date.

Hi! You get this error
Hi! You get this error message because you need the latest version of the H5P module in order to use the latest content update. You can either wait for Opigno to come with an updated version, or you can try upgrading the module yourself. I can't guarantee that the latest version of the module is 100% compatible with Opigno yet, so you should take a backup of your site before upgrading. Although, I can't see any obvious problems.

Content type installation problem
I have installed the H5P plugin in WordPress. However, when I install all-h5p-libraries-20151020.h5p, it fails and the error is "The file you uploaded is not a valid HTML5 Package (We are unable to unzip it)". My config: WordPress 4.3.1, PHP 5.4.24 for IIS Express, MySQL Windows 5.1.
Could anyone help me to solve this problem? Many thanks!

I'm not sure
I'm new to PHP and WordPress. I've checked the phpinfo page and see that:
Zip enabled
Zip version 1.11.0
Libzip version 0.10.1
I try upload the file again and the IIS express log's last two lines show:
GET /wp-content/plugins/h5p/h5p-editor-php-library/scripts/h5peditor-editor.js ver=1.5.4 2011 - .....
GET /wp-content/plugins/h5p/h5p-editor-php-library/language/en.js ver=1.5.4 2011 - .....
which do not show error-like message.
Does H5P support IIS Express?
Thanks!

I find it strange that the URL isn't found, you should be able to open the file in your browser. The URL is generated by WordPress so it's possible that something is misconfigured. Have you defined either WP_SITEURL or WP_HOME in your wp-config.php file?
The bug fix described in this post should fix the symptom, but it doesn't address the real issue.

OK now!
I can upload H5P files now when I try other files. I suspect this is the problem of the all content type file. It took me 2 days to solve this problem, silly me!
Just want to share with other WordPress beginners like me, I am very very impressed about Micosoft's solution, it takes a few clicks to install both the web server and WordPress without hitting any problem and just need to read one or two articles on it. I have tried other packages such as XAMPP and Bitnami's, after reading a lot of installation articles to avoid problems and the server still runs with error "your server is not secure because the password is empty" and one unknown error. It took me one day just to set WordPress up and not all H5P contents work! On the other hand, no problem on the site set up with Microsoft's solution so far.

Content Types
Hi -
Have sucessfully uploaded all of the h5p libraries in one go. However, there appear to be a couple of content types missing - 'collage' and fb page feed' - and a couple I do not recognise ... 'accordian' and 'audio'. Have found documentation for the 'accordian' content type on the website, but none for 'audio'. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Hi,
Collage isn't in the download package because of usability issues. It will be part of the next release. I don't know why fb page feed isn't there, but you should be able to download it from the examples and downloads page.
Accordion is a new content type, and audio has been there for a while. Audio is just an audio content type where the editor may upload audio and set some playback options and the end user gets a player to control the audio playback.

Had to manually add content types
Hi,
I just updated all content types using the link on this page to download. Before this I used my wordpress yto auto-update, which it stated was done. The problem even after doing the two updates above is that the new content types have not been included. Ok well one content type was added 'collage' the other three, Impressive Presentation, Arimatic Quiz & Chart I had to download the example, upload to my wordpress H5P before the library was available. Just though you should know....
Thanks
BTW, what's going on with the new Impressive Presentation, it's great, but bizare to edit, any clear documention hanging around?
Cheers
