multiple hotspots in column

Is it possible to stack in culomn "find multiple hotspots" activities? 
i read there was a plan to do so, but could not make it myself. thanks for any advice.

Image hotspots in Column

When using Image hotspot as a part of a Column, in full screen (100%), hotspots that are placed on the lower parts of the image, get cut when opened the first time. Clicking a second time, the hotspot is opened as it should. I have tried with cropped and uncropped images, and all different kind of settings. See image that I attached: Look at the upper part of the screen shot. What you see is a background image and a faulty cut hotspot image. The hotspot is only showing the top of the hotspot image.
