We have a sequence of exercises built within a Column, using the following resources: audio > text > image > multiple-choice exercise. The multiple-choice exercise is configured as follows:

Why is it that when I try to copy an existing activity and then attempt to paste and replace it in a new activity, the 'paste & replace' option doesn't work?

I cannot seem to find the way to change the tile names for images and text blocks. Only for question sets. Makes navigating through bigger courses inconvinient. Is there a way to change names? I am working on Lumi priogramm. Providing screenshots of name changing option being there and missing for clarity.
